Q: How do I earn 2X Stars?
A: 2X Stars is applicable on all purchases made via Mobile Order & Pay on the Starbucks Singapore app during 1 to 4 Mar, except for the purchasing and reloading of Starbucks Card. Bonus Stars will be credited into your registered Starbucks Rewards Account.
There is no limit on the number of transactions per day per member within the promotional period.
Q: When will the Bonus Stars be credited to my account?
A: Bonus Stars will be credited into the registered Starbucks account within one hour from purchase. Should you not receive your Bonus Stars, please contact our customer service.
Q: How many Stars have I earned? How do I check if my Stars are credited?
A: You may check the Stars earned under Transaction History in the mobile app or by logging into the Starbucks Rewards portal using your account. Please note that the Bonus Stars will be reflected as a separate line from the actual Stars earned.
For example, $1 spent = 2 Stars Earned.
1 Star (1X Base Stars Earned) will be reflected as Stars
1 Star (1X Bonus Stars) will be reflected as Bonus Stars
Q: Is there an expiry to the Stars credited to my account?
A: Stars will expire a year from your anniversary date (the date you qualified for the current level of your Starbucks Rewards membership.
Q: Can I use cash or card payment to earn these Stars?
A: You can only pay via Mobile Order & Pay on the Starbucks Singapore mobile app to earn the 2X Stars during the promotional period.
Q: Can I earn the 2X Stars at any stores?
A: Yes, you can earn the 2X Stars at all Starbucks Singapore stores with purchases made via Mobile Order & Pay. Please refer to this link for our latest operating hours.
Q: Why am I unable to make any Mobile Order & Pay purchases on my phone?
A: If you’re using a Huawei phone without Google services, you will not be able to make any transactions on your mobile phone.
Breakfast Sets are now available on Mobile Order & Pay until 11:30am daily. Order your favorite breakfast and coffee, pay and conveniently pick-up within minutes, all through the app.
Here's how to do it:
Open your app and tap on 'Order'.
Click on the Breakfast Set option, paired with Coffee or Tea.
Select your breakfast of choice.
Select your drink of choice*.
Tip: Tap on the 'Search' icon and select your favorite beverage.
Select the store to pick up your breakfast at, then submit your order.
Pick up your breakfast at the store without waiting in line!
