Starbucks® Rewards is a membership program that rewards and thanks loyal customers for patronizing Starbucks stores in Singapore. The program benefits all Starbucks® Rewards members as you earn Stars when you pay via your registered account using Starbucks Card or other payment modes at participating Starbucks stores in Singapore, amongst other rewards. Additionally, if you sign up to receive communications from Starbucks when you register your Card, you will be among the first to receive news, exclusive offers and information about Starbucks.
Registering for Starbucks® Rewards is easy. You can join the program by registering your Starbucks Card . Simply purchase a Starbucks Card in any of our stores (except for stores located at Changi Airport other than Starbucks Jewel Changi Airport) or online by loading a minimum of S$10.

You can join the program by registering your Starbucks Card via https://www.starbucks.com.sg/rewards/join. Simply purchase a Starbucks Card in any of our stores (except for stores located at Changi Airport other than Starbucks Jewel Changi Airport) by loading a minimum of S$10. Green level: Upon creating a new Starbucks account when you register your first Starbucks Card, you will automatically become a Green level Starbucks® Rewards member. This means you will receive the following privileges:
Gold level: After you earn 300 Stars within a period of 12 months, you will be upgraded to a Gold level Starbucks® Rewards member, where you will receive these additional privileges (on top of what’s mentioned above):
^Applicable to newly upgraded Gold members only. Gold members will receive one Gold Card in his or her lifetime.
Once you qualify for Green level, you will be at that level for a full year from the date you qualified - this will be your anniversary date. You will then have one year from your anniversary date to earn 300 Stars in order to upgrade to Gold level. Stars are refreshed and reset every year and will not be brought forward.

You can make payment for your Starbucks purchase at all stores in Singapore except stores that are located at Singapore Changi Airport, other than Starbucks Jewel Changi Airport. This program stated here is applicable in Singapore only.
No. Every year on your anniversary date (the date you qualified for that level), we will track if you have earned the minimum number of Stars required for that membership level.
For example, if you are a Gold member, we will track to see if you have earned a minimum of 300 Stars during the 12-month period before your anniversary date. If so, you will remain at the Gold level for another year. Your Star balance will still revert to zero and Stars will not be brought forward.
You can earn Stars and receive rewards simply by paying via your registered account. You can choose to pay with your registered Starbucks Card or any other payment modes at a participating Starbucks store in Singapore (except stores located at Changi Airport other than Starbucks Jewel Changi Airport*).
Using registered Starbucks Card payment: For every S$1 you spend, you will earn 1 Star. For example, if you've spent $10.10, you will see 10.10 Stars reflected in your account for that transaction.
Using other payment modes:
For every S$2 you spend, you will earn 1 Star. For example, if you've spent $10.10, you will see 5.05 Stars reflected in your account for that transaction.
Do note that Stars may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account.

No, a Starbucks Card can only be registered once to an account and cannot be re-registered.
Yes. Stars will expire 1 year from your anniversary date (the date you qualified for the current level of your Starbucks® Rewards membership). After registering a new account, you have 12 months to earn Stars to reach the next level. Upon reaching a new level, you will have another 12 months from the date that you reached that level to earn Stars to maintain your membership at that level or to progress to the next level.
This means that if you've just created a new account, you have one year to earn 300 Stars to reach Gold level.
Once you hit Gold level, you will have one year from that date (your anniversary date) to earn 300 Stars to maintain your Gold level. If you earn less than 300 Stars, you'll start the new year as a Green level member. Stars get refreshed annually and will not be brought forward.
Download the Starbucks Singapore App and log into your Starbucks account. You can see all your Starbucks Cards registered to your account under 'Cards'. Select the registered Starbucks Card you want to pay with and tap on 'Pay Now' at the bottom of the page. Scan Starbucks Card you'd like to make payment in participating* Starbucks stores to earn Stars and redeem rewards.

No. You do not earn Stars if you did not register your Starbucks Card into your account. Simply download the app and tap on ‘Add Payment’ to register your card.

Yes, however the number of Stars will only be credited to the first Starbucks Card used in this transaction. The Stars earned will be based solely on the amount paid using the Starbucks Card(s). Do ensure that the first Starbucks Card used for payment is registered in order to receive the Stars.
Only the first Starbucks Card used will earn the Stars for this transaction. However, do note that this Starbucks Card will have to be registered prior to payment in order to be eligible to receive Stars. If the first Starbucks Card used in this transaction is not registered, no Stars will be issued.
Each time you make a purchase at a participating Starbucks store with your registered Starbucks Card, the number of Stars earned will be recorded in your account within 24 hours of the purchase. You will receive your birthday benefits on the first day of your birthday month. Each of the birthday rewards will be valid for one-time use only during the entire month of your birthday. The birthday benefits received is according to your membership level on the date it is credited.
No. Benefits and rewards are awarded to your account and not to each individual Starbucks Card.
You will receive exclusive offers and discounts by email, SMS or push notification through our Starbucks Singapore App from time to time. When you register your Starbucks Card, there will be an option under the "My Profile" section to opt in to receive such communications from us so you don’t miss out on our latest offers. As we want to provide members with promotions and offers that are personalized for their Starbucks® Experience, the specifics of our offers, promotions and coupons vary by customers. While you may not receive a particular offer, there may be a different personalized promotion for you.
The rewards are linked to your Starbucks account and not to your Starbucks Cards. You can redeem your rewards or benefits with any of your Starbucks Cards. Once the reward or benefit is redeemed, it will no longer be available for any other Cards under your account.
Rewards have an expiration date because we want to encourage members to use them. As our most loyal customers, we want you to enjoy those rewards because you deserve them. We hope you will visit us often enough that your rewards won't ever come close to their expiration date. You can always check the status of your rewards if you log into your Starbucks Card account. Rewards can be redeemed by using your registered Starbucks Card and letting our barista know you will like to redeem a reward on your account.
You can log into your account through the members' portal or via the Starbucks Singapore App to track the number of Stars you’ve earned, your current rewards, available Stars for redemption and the number of Stars you need to earn until you reach the next level. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can have in your account at any one time. You can collect Stars to earn free Rewards at your membership level Green or Gold. The rewards stay in your account until you redeem them or when your Stars expire on your membership anniversary date.
You will receive a personalized digital Gold Card automatically after upon reaching Gold level. Download the Starbucks® Singapore App to gain access to your digital Gold Card. You can then use your digital Gold Card to pay via the app and continue to earn Stars and redeem rewards. Definitely! You can continue to use your existing Starbucks Card(s) registered to your account to earn Stars and redeem rewards. This means that once you qualify for the Gold Level, you can choose to continue using your existing registered Starbucks Card(s) or your new personalized digital Gold Card.

If you have registered your Starbucks Card or have added it to an existing account, please log into your account through the member's portal, click “My Cards”, and select the Card you would like to report lost. Click on “Report Lost Card” and follow the instructions given to transfer the balance of your lost Card to another existing Card or request for a replacement card. You can register as many Starbucks Cards to your Starbucks account as you wish. All Stars earned via your different Cards will contribute to your account's total. You can redeem your rewards that are awarded to your account using any of the Cards that are registered to your account.

You can delete your account at any time, but we will be sad to see you go! To delete your account, log in to our mobile app and head to your profile > Delete Account (Under the Log Out button).
Deleting your account will not provide a refund, we recommend you to use up any balance amount in your existing Starbucks Card(s) before deletion.
Account deletion is irreversible and all information and details associated with your deleted account will no longer be recoverable. Do also note that deleting the app does not delete your account.
