Job Position: Cafe Partner - Retail (Location: Singapore)

This position contributes to Starbucks success by maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment, by providing with prompt service while helping team to create the Starbucks Experience for the customers. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Acknowledges and greets customers
• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.
• Maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
• Maintains proper stock levels of customer goods around the condiment area, seating area and bathrooms
• Assists with back-of-the-house cleanliness and organization, washing dishes, removing trash and putting away stock
• Organizes time and prioritizes cleaning needs for the store. Responsible for exercising deep cleaning at store as needed
• Performs additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Can commit long-term
• No previous experience required. Training will be provided.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or public holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including store safety and security
