Job Position: Store Manager - Retail (Location: Singapore)

Requirements

  • At least an O-Level qualification, its equivalent and above
  • Progressively responsible retail experience of 3 years, including 1 year of supervisory experience
  • University degree in business or related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience.
  • Great passion and enthusiasm about customer service
  • Experience analyzing financial reports
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
