What is Mobile Order & Pay?
Mobile Order & Pay is a feature on the Starbucks® Singapore mobile app, it is a streamlined store experience for Starbucks® Rewards members who order and pay with our app. Place an order, pay ahead, and choose a pickup method that best suits you – Order & Pickup Now | Schedule An Order | Dine-in Ordering. With Mobile Order & Pay, you can collect Stars and earn Rewards with Starbucks® Rewards just like you do when paying in store.
Starbucks® Singapore mobile app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play Store.
Where is Mobile Order & Pay available?
Mobile Order & Pay is available at all Starbucks Singapore stores except: Samsung Hub, Sentosa, Universal Studios Singapore, and all Changi Airport stores including Jewel.

Why can’t I update the Starbucks® Singapore app to the latest version on my phone?
If you are an existing user of the Starbucks® Singapore mobile app and the app does not automatically update to the latest version, simply uninstall the existing app, and download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store to discover the new features.
How do I register for a Starbucks® Rewards account if I’m not already a member?
Registering for Starbucks® Rewards is easy. You can join the program by registering via our website or our mobile app. Simply create an account and start collecting Stars and Rewards by paying with your digital Starbucks Card on your mobile app.
What can I purchase on Mobile Order & Pay?
Almost all your favorite Starbucks beverages, food items and selected At-Home coffee & tea are available through Mobile Order & Pay. The “Order” section of the app has a menu which lists all available offerings at participating stores. With a few taps on your phone, you can customize your favorite beverages and choose to have your food served warm, just as you can with in-store orders.
How do I place an order?
To use Mobile Order and Pay, tap on the ‘Order’ option located on the bottom of the screen.
You can place a Mobile Order in three ways:
Order & Pickup Now
Place an order and pay ahead using the app. This allows you to walk in without queueing in line and pick up your freshly made order at the pickup area, all within minutes.
Schedule An Order
Place an order, pay ahead using the app and schedule a pickup time that’s most convenient for you. Then, swing by our store to pick up your freshly made order at the chosen time.
Once you’ve found a table in-store, place an order, pay ahead on the app and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. That means you can skip the queue and pick up your freshly made order at the counter when it is ready.

How do I pick up my order?
When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification message sent via the Starbucks® Singapore mobile app. Please proceed to the store you’ve selected within the estimated ‘ready by’ time shown on the app or the ‘scheduled time’ if you’ve chosen Schedule an Order.
Collect your order at the pick-up area by presenting your order details to our baristas.
How do I choose which store to place my order at?
When you use Mobile Order & Pay, the app will detect the nearest participating Starbucks store to your current location. The app will also display the current menu availability from that store. You can either pick the store detected, or manually pick another store by tapping the map or using the “Search” function. Once your order is submitted, you will not be able to change the pick-up store.
Can I place an order before a store is open?
Mobile Orders can only be made within the store operating hours.
Is there a maximum number of items that can be ordered through Mobile Order & Pay?
You can order a maximum of 15 items.
How long will my order take, when placed through Mobile Order & Pay?
Before you place your order, an estimated prep time based on the store chosen will be displayed. Once you’ve checked out and submitted your order, you will be given an estimated ‘ready by’ time. If you’ve chosen Schedule an Order, simply arrive at the scheduled time.
Waiting time varies according to the store chosen and time of day. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification message via the Starbucks® Singapore mobile app.
Can I schedule the pick-up time for my Mobile Order?
This is only available when you pick the Schedule an Order option.
Simply pick a store, schedule your order at a pickup time of your choice. The earliest time slot you can schedule an order is 1 hour from the ordering time, with an interval of 15 minutes, up to 15 minutes prior to store closing.
How many days in advance can I schedule my Mobile Order?
You can schedule your order within a day. The earliest time slot you can schedule an order is 1 hour from the ordering time, with an interval of 15 minutes, up to 15 minutes prior to store closing.
Can I change the pick-up time for my order after I’ve placed it?
After placing an order through Mobile Order & Pay, the order is immediately sent to the selected store and our baristas will begin the process of making the order. Hence, you will not be able to change the pick-up time of your order once it has been placed.
Why didn’t I receive a notification message for my Mobile Order?
Please ensure notifications are allowed under Settings in the Starbucks® Singapore mobile app and that push notifications have been enabled in your mobile device.
Will I earn Stars with Mobile Order & Pay?
Yes. You’ll earn Stars with all your orders made through Mobile Order & Pay. You can keep track of your Stars and your membership level by logging into the Starbucks® Singapore mobile app or via the Starbucks® Rewards members portal.
Can I redeem a Reward when I use Mobile Order & Pay?
You can redeem Rewards and Stars with Mobile Order & Pay. Check out your Rewards under the “Rewards” section of your mobile app or on the member website portal. You can find out more about Starbucks® Rewards here.
Can I redeem multiple Rewards on Mobile Order & Pay?

What is Auto-Reload? How do I set up or change Auto-Reload settings on my Starbucks Card?
Auto-reload allows you to set the amount that your registered Starbucks Card will be reloaded with, once its balance falls below an amount that you choose. Auto-reloads can be set up for any Starbucks Card registered to a Starbucks account using the updated Starbucks® Singapore mobile app.
You can set up or change your Auto-Reload settings in the Starbucks® Singapore mobile app by doing the following:
- Login into your Starbucks account with the Starbucks® Singapore mobile app.
- Select Card > Turn on Auto-reload > Set up your card payment details
Please note that for every credit card added to our Mobile App, for authentication purposes, there will be a S$1.00 transaction made under the nominated credit card. This S$1.00 transaction will be automatically refunded to your credit card.
Can I add multiple credit or debit cards on the app?
A maximum of 2 credit and/or debit cards can be added to a Starbucks® Rewards account as a payment method to reload Starbucks Card.
Why do I need to set up auto-reload for my Starbucks Card?
With the auto-reload function, you will never have to worry about your Card balance during or before purchases. It saves you time and you’ll always have enough for your next coffee run.
If you have more than one card in your account, you can set up the auto-reload function for all your Starbucks Cards too.
I have opted the auto-reload function for my Starbucks Card. Can I reload it again in-store?
Yes, you can reload your Starbucks Card in stores using cash or credit/debit cards.
Note that the maximum value each Starbucks Card can store is $300.
Can I set auto-reload if I don’t have any credit card?
Auto-reloads can only be set up with credit/debit cards. You also can visit any of our stores to reload your Starbucks Card with cash.
Can I get a refund if I decide to cancel an auto-reload transaction?
Once the value has been loaded, the auto-reload transaction cannot be reversed.
Can I opt to use my own tumbler with Mobile Order & Pay?
This is currently not available. Mobile Order & Pay orders are usually served in to-go cups, except for Dine-in Orders, which will be served in for-here serveware.
I have selected the wrong store for my order, how can I cancel it?
Once a Mobile Order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Kindly fill up the form here and we will assist you accordingly.
Can I get a refund if I decide to cancel my order on Mobile Order & Pay?
Once a Mobile Order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you aren’t satisfied with the quality of your order, let us know and we’ll make it right.

You need to be connected to the internet to use Mobile Order & Pay.
How does the payment system work?
Payment is managed through registered Starbucks Cards. The feature is built into Starbucks® Singapore mobile app and integrated into the Starbucks® Rewards loyalty program so customers can easily earn Stars with purchases made through Mobile Order & Pay. Starbucks Cards can also easily be reloaded via the app or simply choose the auto-reload function by using saved Credit and/or Debit card information on the app.
Is there an additional charge when using Mobile Order & Pay?
There are no additional charges using Starbucks® Mobile Order & Pay.
